INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 cups raw red lentils
2 tbsp Almond Butter
1 tbsp olive oil
3/4 cup water
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp pepper
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1/2 tbsp chili flakes
2 tbsp nutritional yeast

Instructions

  1. Soak the red lentils for at least two hours, strain and rinse.
  2. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees in the air.
  3. Put the lentils in a blender together with all the other ingredients.
  4. Blend until the mixture becomes smooth.
  5. Spread the mixture on a tray with non-stick paper in a very thin layer.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes, take the pan out of the oven and cut into triangular pieces.
  7. Lower the oven to 150 degrees and bake for another 15 minutes until the chips are crispy.
  8. We serve with our favorite sauce (Wild Guacamole fits well) and enjoy them on our summer balconies!
