Refund Policy
1. Conditions for Refunds
- We will initiate a refund under the following circumstances:
- The wrong product was sent by Wild Souls.
- The product is defective.
- The product was damaged during shipping.
- The product is tampered with.
2. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed back to the original mode of payment used by the customer.
3. No Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued for products that have been opened or tampered with.
