Watermelon Strawberry Sorbet

INGREDIENTS
700-800 g watermelon (about half of a small watermelon)
200 g strawberries
4 tbsp Cashew Butter with Madagascar Vanilla
3 tbsp Strawberry Jam
200-250 ml plant based milk
For serving:
Fresh strawberries
Instructions
- Remove the flesh from half a watermelon with a spoon, while being careful not to pierce the peel. Clean the seeds, cut into small pieces and transfer to a bowl.
- Cut the strawberries in half and transfer to a bowl.
- Put the watermelon, the “bowl” we created from the watermelon’s peel and the strawberries in the freezer for 6-8 hours.
- Put the frozen watermelon, strawberries, Cashew Butter with Madagascar Vanilla, Strawberry Jam and plant based milk in a blender and blend very well.
- Transfer the mixture into the watermelon bowl and put it in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours.
- Serve with fresh red fruits and, if desired, with extra Cashew Butter with Madagascar Vanilla. (yum!)
