INGREDIENTS

2 peaches
3 apricots
2 tbsp Apricot Jam
2 tbsp High Protein Tahini
300 ml coconut milk
60 g raspberries

Instructions

  1. Cut the peaches and apricots into small pieces and place them in the freezer for at least 5 hours.
  2. Put all the ingredients, except the raspberries, in a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Divide half the mixture into two glasses.
  4. Add the raspberries to the blender and blend again.
  5. Pour the rest of the mixture into the two glasses, thus creating the sunrise effect!
